Privacy Policy for LIMCore Services

1. Introduction and Our Role

We, LIMCore Services (hereinafter - "Service Operator" or "We"), are the owner and provider of a remote server infrastructure and API platform. Our Services are available via an open API to various authorized Clients. This Policy applies to the data we collect, store, and process exclusively in connection with the provision of the Services.

🔒 Mandatory Acceptance of Policy Updates

Upon any material changes to this Privacy Policy, further use of the Services (excluding the functionality required for account and data deletion) is immediately blocked until you explicitly accept the updated version. Continuing to use the Services implies full and unconditional agreement with the new edition of the Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must immediately cease using all Services and utilize the function for deleting your data (account) in accordance with Section 6.2.

1.1. Limitation of Liability for Clients and User Data

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any third-party applications utilizing our API are external and independent clients. We are not responsible for their operation or policies. Our liability is limited to the quality and availability of the Service Provision delivered through our API.

Public Data: The User independently determines which information (Name, Gender, Bio, Photos, etc.) is public within the scope of the Service. The User acknowledges that publicly available data may be downloaded and stored by third parties, and we cannot guarantee its deletion from external systems or records. We are obligated to delete data only from our infrastructure upon the User's request.

1.2. Use of Mobile Phone Number

To register and authorize in the Service, the User uses their mobile phone number. By clicking the "Get code" button on the LIMCore-Services website (https://limcore.uz or https://0123.uz) or in any client application associated with LIMCore-Services, the User expresses their full and unconditional consent to receive service SMS messages containing one-time passwords (OTP codes) for access confirmation, as well as other service messages.

2. Age Restrictions

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of majority (18 years old). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals who have not reached this age.

By using the Service, you guarantee that you have reached the age of majority. If we become aware that we have received personal data from an individual under 18 without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to immediately delete this information from our servers and block the account.

3. Data We Collect

We collect and store the following categories of data solely for the purpose of providing Enhanced Service Provision and ensuring platform functionality:

Data Categories and Purpose of Collection

  • Account Data (Identifier/Phone): Identification and authentication.
  • User Profile: Name, date of birth, gender, bio, photos, etc. Some data may be restricted by access/encryption technologies; the remainder is considered public unless otherwise indicated by the User.
  • User Content and Communications: Messages, sent photos, voice messages, and other content necessary for the operation of the Dedicated Cloud Storage (Disk space rental) and the operation of the Enhanced Matching Algorithm (EMA).
  • Server/Usage Data (logs): Monitoring Service quality and providing Unlimited Use of Computing Resources.
  • Interaction Data with Personnel: Ensuring Priority Moderation and Protection.

4. Responsibility for User Content and Actions

LIMCore Services is not responsible for the content generated, published, or transmitted by users of the Service, including, but not limited to, content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes upon third-party rights, or violates public order.

  • The User bears full responsibility for their actions and published content.
  • We rely on "triggers" (complaints from other users) to detect violations.
  • We commit to taking immediate measures (including content removal and account blocking) in response to justified complaints, as well as by the decision of our own Moderation team.
  • Use of the Service is only possible under the condition of the User's agreement that they may encounter undesirable content.

5. Payment Processing and Storage of Related Information

5.1. Payment Processing

Payments for Enhanced Service are processed by a third-party contractor/payment aggregator. We do not receive or store full payment data (e.g., unmasked card numbers).

However, for the purposes of User protection, accounting, and resolution of possible payment disputes/investigations, we retain the following information received from our contractor during the callback process:

  • Payment (invoice) number, Service ICPU (if applicable).
  • Masked payment instrument data (e.g., card number with asterisks).
  • Subscriber number, cardholder name (if provided by the payment service).

6. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties and Law Enforcement

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except where necessary for the performance of a contract or required by law.

6.1. Cooperation with Government Agencies

If necessary, to protect our rights or the rights of our users, as well as upon a reasoned request from law enforcement agencies, a court, or other government structures, we are obligated to disclose the information we hold about the User. We strive for maximum integrity and legality in our operations.

6.2. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data stored by us, in accordance with applicable law. Account deletion is carried out through the corresponding section on the management page.
