These Terms of Use (hereinafter - "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between You (hereinafter - "User") and YATT "CHEBOTARYOV ANDREY SERGEYEVICH" (PIN: 51309008660017) (hereinafter - "LIMCore Services", "Service Operator", "We") and govern your use of our remote Server Services available via API.
Acceptance of the Terms of this Agreement is carried out through active actions of the User during registration, authorization, or the commencement of actual use of the API, which in accordance with Articles 367 and 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (accession) to the terms of this public offer.
Before using the Service, the User must review the text of this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy.
Upon update of these Terms, further use of the Services (except for the functionality required to delete the account and data) may be fully blocked until you explicitly accept the updated version. If you do not agree with any provisions of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all Services and use the data (account) deletion function. Failure to accept the Terms or refusal to delete the account in case of disagreement is considered a violation leading to immediate suspension of access to the Services.
We provide the User with a complex of remote Services ("Services"), for a fee or on a limited basic basis. The Services provided include:
IMPORTANT: The fee is charged solely for technical maintenance, server infrastructure rental, and personnel services, and not for the software features of any client applications.
Access to our Services is provided exclusively via our API. You may use any third-party software (Client) compatible with our API, provided you comply with these Terms.
We are NOT the developer, owner, or distributor of any third-party software (Client) you may use to access the Services. We are not responsible for its functioning, errors, advertising, data collection policies, or any consequences of its use.
Activating the paid Service status grants you unlimited access to the Remote Services Complex (Clause 1) for the duration of the paid period.
The "Annual" package of service maintenance, costing 288,000 UZS, includes: 1 (One) month of paid service provision at the price of 288,000 UZS, and 11 (Eleven) calendar months of the Bonus (gift) period, provided free of charge as an incentive. A refund is only possible before the end of the paid service provision (i.e., before the expiration of the first month). After the expiration of the first month, the service is considered rendered in full, and the user enters the Bonus period. Refunds are not provided during the Bonus period.
Under the Basic Status, the provision of Services is technically and operationally limited. These restrictions are due to the physical limits of server capacities (computing cycles, storage volume), as well as the administrative and human resource limits of the Service Operator.
Processes such as manual data moderation, profile verification, and User communications require qualified personnel and involve significant operational costs. Consequently, priority processing and extended data limits are only available under paid tiers, while under the Basic Status, the volume of processed data and support speed are constrained by the current available capacity of staff and infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or limit the provision of Service Provision (including reverting to Basic Status limits) if your paid Status is inactive or if you violate these Terms.
You confirm that you have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority required by the laws of your jurisdiction to lawfully enter into this agreement.
You undertake to use the Services in strict compliance with applicable law. You bear full responsibility for all content that you process, store, or transmit through our Services. It is strictly prohibited to use the Services for content that is illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate the provision of the Service (including blocking access to the API) and delete your data if your content violates the Terms or legislation, without obligation to refund funds.
⚠️ Violation related to Automation. In the event of violations related to the use of automated systems (bots), scraping, unauthorized access methods, or other circumvention of limits and rules, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently delete the User's account and all associated data, and to ignore any requests for restoration of access or data, as such a violation is considered a gross infringement on the stability and security of the server infrastructure.
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server operation or compatibility with all third-party Clients.
Limitation of Damages: Our total liability for any damages related to the use of the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service Provision during the last paid month.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
